SV 3 Wont Connect To Pc

When I try to run gtrom to upload software all i get is failed which suggests to me no connection but i cant work out why as i have successfully used this pc to upgrade before

are you using a null modem cable? and is the box powered on before you are trying to update?

ye mate but it just wont work the last flash i did on thi box was fine and i used this pc now for some reason it wont wor im confused

is it definately a box super? and not the box which is a starview 2?

Try another gtrom a older version i had same problem.

sorry wot do u mean. if i try an older version wont that have the old firmware on it

have you tried dowload THEN switching the box on quickly instead?

having same problem.. looks like point of sale issue ...

try having the box in standby then when you hit download switch the box on, should work
