It's annoying when you don't give any details
First power-off router & box, then re-boot router then box.
MENU--UTILITY--SYST. INFO; Check Carling 1.03 is shown, if
not then flash Carling 1.03 STVU 7 firmware to box.
MENU--OPTIONS--NETWORK--IPsetup; make sure set to AUTO.
When in IPsetup are any of the boxes filled in or are they blank
MENU--OPTIONS--NETWORK--NET APPLICATION, select Ustream.
If you are not sorted out post back with details

Just to add the above,

Check your Mac address is not showing as 000000000 (zer0's)

Try turning off router & box, reboot router then reboot box. Make
sure your Prov. is not down

are you sure its not down i know about 10 people near me and they are all having the same problem , Scrambled Channel

tryed rebooting and reflashing and still the same

If 10 people are off then either Prov. or server are down

finally got it working but no sound. Any clues if this is common ?
