No Power ???

Hi,

I bought one of these boxes it came today and bott up no prob I then done what I thought was right and scanned channels, it came on no probs.

I was watching different channels and all seemed fine.

I then turn box off and the back of box. I tried to turn back on and now no power at all?

Could any one help with this problem is it more likely to be a Hardware or Software ?

Any help would be grateful.

does that box come with a 2 or 3 pin plug causing a bad connection.also switches can be troublesome try on/off.on a few times.

I have just swapped the plug adpater and all is well.
