Starview 4 in belfast area

Hello has anyone any information about the starview 4 boxes not working in the belfast area, ive been reading around , do i need the 1.05 patch or the latest one posted a few days ago.

im in belfast at the mo,
added new patched 1.05b firmware to my starview 4 box turned emu back on and all seems to be working fine
