How Flash update The Box Super

Box super is locking and rebooting

Any ideas guys my box super is locking up and then switching off and rebooting ! It happens as soon as the box is switched on and just keeps on doing it repeatedly. Is the box knackered ?

Flash download failure

Am I using the right flash (8.04e) ? When I click download nothing happens ! I have the right cables I think ? Is there something am not doing HELP !

My problem is dont know if my cable is correct my laptop doesnt have a 9 pin serial port. Ive just bought a USB to serial converor, connected the box got the relevant BIN file but cannot seem to connect with the box. Please help. Thanks!!!

Hi. My laptop doesnt have a serial port. Ive just bought a USB to serial convertor. However when trying to update by flashing the box none of the com ports seem to work, for com port 1 and 2 i get an error message straight away, however com 3 and com 4 it shows a spool with 0% download then after a short time says flash failed. Please help. Thanks!

Did you load the drivers for the usb adaptor

everything happens automatically if you have the box plugged into your pc, just download the software and then run it!

is there a master reset code for the sv3 the box super the kids have changed the password and dont remember it
