hi i have a starview 7 and i have put the flash on it, but everytime i run a scan it dosnt find any channels/radio stations ive got a live feed to my house im with v****n and the cables are all in the right place ant ideas from anyone please

ive noticed in the users manual on page 8 installing equipment it show a picture of a sat dish ?? i thought that the sv7 is a cable box am i right or does it need to be on a sat dish

you may have to do a factory default then do a scan again this should then pick up channels hope this helps

what firmware did you put on box,is your live coaxial cable in correct input,finally have you scanned correct network as scanning wrong one=no channels

ive put the latest firmware on it the live cable is in place and yes ive scaned the correct network 6887 for v****n and still no channels

try scanning other providers then,press system info and say what firmware it says is on it.
