hs net disconnected

have starview hd combo done everything to the book but still no joy it says HS net status disconnected can anybody help.

same thing happened to me, i went on the 4 shared site and then into the archived files and loaded the carling +_0712.uad onto my starview combo and it has been connecting ok, if you google starview combo 4 shared you should get there ok, good luck
