help with box super please

hi guys, i have downloaded the new update for the box super and put in the new coded, the box is working now but doesnt recieve all the channels like before, is there something i am missing???

At least you guys are getting further than me. All I get is Flash Failed or when I try to use the USB I get "file type not supported by this IRD" Whatever that means I've been trying to get this " the Box Super USB" up and running for about 72hrs on and off. I might take a Very Big Sledgehammer to it if something doesn't work soon.

what box have you got s/v3 or sv4/usb?
if sv3, probably null modem cable fault, had this problem myself with a maplins cable. got one from hee somewhere and all ok for 12 months. ynwa

Its an SV4 and there are plenty of guides here this is one http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...l-setup-30784/ you will find another in Starview downloads.

Your problem may be if you got the file elsewhere and it is in a zip or rar format you will need to unwrap it. If you got it here then your USB stick needs to be formatted on the box first.

Then transfer the firmware to it from your pc and then onto the SV4.
