just got stv7 and cant get nothing at the moment there is no option to change ustreem or istreem dont know wht to do plz hellp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi can you tell me how to download Starview 7 Carling 1.03 cos im trying but it would not let me

im trying to download Starview 7 Carling 1.03 and its not posible to do so it says im not authorised to download this file can you help plz on how to getit and where
