What box have you. SV7 has no LAN-port. It comes with a
RS-232 to LAN adaptor. If you have SV7 this is latest firmware

hi, mate, had same probs myself... info from another site... try a different browser, i use google, used IE, ok . or clear cache on google... did that, all ok again.... hope this helps.
