After you select USB you need to Hi-lite Carling 1.03 before you
press OK. You would be better to use latest firmware for SV7

SV7 should work with Carling 1.03 if you went thru set-up steps
correctly; select U-stream, turn EMU on, etc.
Would be easier for you to flash box with latest firmware

All the settings are preset for UK on 1.04 firmware, you may need
to restart router & box for box to connect to internet
As said above make sure router is connected box-Lan adaptor

Ethernet cable is fine. Make sure it's OK & connected properly to
router & adaptor to RS232 port on box. If you're having problems
connecting best to stick with Carling 1.03 firmware. Try this one

                          Have a read thru tutorial

With 1.03 f/ware you can access settings to make sure they are
all correct. With 1.04 they are pre-set. When you have box working you can upgrade to 1.04
Before you do anything look in UTILITY--SYST INFO & make sure f/ware you flashed is listed.
You could also turn off box & router, reboot router then reboot
                          box. Often does the trick

If answer to other thread doesn't help there's an easier way.
If you have X-box or other console connected to internet copy down all IP,MAC, etc from console. Disconnect console from the
router & enter values in SV7. Don't forget to SAVE values.
Reboot box & it should be OK. Console can then be reconnected
to router & auto-reconnected to internet
