hi , is there someone out there who can help tried everythink to get my starview 7 up and running, got all the channels, normal channels i can view but $ cant access, I have got ip and all the melarky on the 1 page but still not connected any one help me.. please ...

Read STARVIEW 7 FIRMWARE & INSTRUCTIONS in DOWNLOADS
Look in MENU--UTILITY--SYST.INFO, make sure Carling 1.03 s/w
is listed. If not flash 1.03 firmware to box.
MENU--OPTIONS--NETWORK--IPsetup, make sure set to AUTO.
All boxes will be filled in IPsetup if box is connecting to 'NET.
Follow all instructions step by step & make sure LAN-cable is
connected from router to box using LAN-rs232 adaptor.
Often helps to power-off router & box, reboot router then box
