Have you flashed box with Carling 1.03 firmware. Also read
Starview firmware & instructions in DOWNLOADS.
Did you connect co-axial TV cable to CABLE-IN on STARVIEW 7.
Can you check co-axial cable has signal by using old box or
Prov. box.
