Starview 7 Missing channels

Hello,

It is nearly 2 weeks that am not getting SKY movies like Action,Comedy,Family and funny things that same channesl in HD appearing but do not have HD box.
Have tried so many times to factory reset and loaded firmware also but the resault is same. Firend of mine leaving 5 min. driving distance is having all the channels. Any idea????

Please help me to sort out this problem.

Make sure it's latest firmware Carling 1.03 on your box.
Check; MENU-- UTILITY--SYST.INFO (should show S/W 1.03)
Check; MENU--ACCESSORY--8989--EMU(auto updates ON)
After these checks turn off router & box, re-boot router then re-boot box. If necessary FAC-RESET & scan for channels
If you don't retrieve missing channels have a look at signal
levels. If signal strength is below 90% check all cables and
connections are OK.
