help if any1 know how to help??? i try upload theboxsuper new update by using my laptop with null modem to usb adaptor.have installed driver for it{for the usb} but it take about 20min to transfer then at 98% it fails any idea why, this happens?have update few other box's by using my main com and it takes about 4min to complete successfully but that is just straight connect null modem from com to box...i need the usb adaptor because my laptop don't have serial port for 9pin other than video out....

I have had a similar problem with a starview 2, I find I have to have the mains connected and set all the power saving settings to never shut down otherwise the tansfer fails.. I have had some success on battery power but have to keep moving the mouse around to prevent power saving.. -
