hi, can you not get it from , downloads section,,, on top of page,,,if so,, save to desktop or documents,,, don,t open,,, then copy to usb drive,,,hope this helps,,

i have the firmware and installed it but no pay channels showing and at the bottom when you turn over it says not connected can anyone help please

hi mate just check ya ip address/un yurn on ustream should kick in then just check ya interwet connection /did you do pro gram scan

its size is 2.00mb for people that want to no

If you are with NTL sym.rate is 6887.
All other UK Prov sym.rates 6952
If you are not sure try both, Fac.reset before you rescan

exact NET-ID were having problems. When they checked Prov. box NET-ID's were diff. to ones on that list
