Starview 4 USB not scanning any channels!

Hi folks, I have the newest model of the box super USB and have only had it a few days after deciding to upgrade from the previous model. My problem is that after installing the latest firmware which I believe is V1.05 from my USB stick and going through the auto scan and choosing my provider it doesn't scan any channels at all! I'm totally stumped on this one and after reading other posts here about how well this latest firmware has worked for them I can't understand why mine isn't working. Any help would be really appreciated as i'm getting a little fed up of watching eastenders omnibus that's for sure! thanks.

Thanks for the reply but what I noticed was that my outside aerial was loose so that's why it wasn't picking up any channels but once I plugged it back in I scanned again and it always stops at 12%. I have left it for a good half hour and it still is stuck at 12% and have done this a few times now. Any help please folks?

It's the white pin cable that plugs into the back of the box. it always stops at 12% when I scan and I've run out of ideas, could my box be faulty at all?

try doing a factory reset on your box, dont load the software do the scan first and the channels shud cum worked for e last time, if channels appear load the software again
