starview 7 no connection

hi all im just new to the sit i just recieved my sv7 today and i put new firmware in no probs and it has found all channels just says at the bottom no connection im getting all fta channels ok any help much appreciated

press menu/options/network/netapplication.change it to ustream.

exit.press info button after a about 1min and see if it says connected at the bottom

check what firmware your using as certain boxes are using diffrent firmware use latest version which is 1.04

Above step can be done with 1.03 & earlier firmwares
SV7 1.04 firmware is for UK only so U-stream etc. are pre-set

Please help!!!! Just brought sv7 and put the lastest firmware on and it still says not connected at the bottom get the free to air channels but nothing eles what am i doing wrong.

have you got your adapter for the lan connected and lan cable to the router.

The ethernet cable is connected to my router to the box.

What firmware are you using 1.03 or 1.04

hi, my box was working till about 1hr ago, keeps saying connecting. using firmware 1.04 with sv7 has no option to set up ustream. router is connected to box via ethernet cable fta channels working - anyone with further info?

May be server issue. Try rebooting router & box

Hi i am having the excact same problem. I know it cant be my internet problem because my Kryptview a780 which is set up downstairs is using the same internet connection.
