I think you need the dotnet framework installed from Microsoft Windows. Did you get an error message?

Ive updated my box with the latest keys generated for Pure N*L which was my provider but still no joy, box keeps saying its updating, have I missed a step, i have also rescanned! Any ideas pls!

av u stored them after each line? by pressing ok it stores them.

make sure after inputting 00 keys you press ok to save data
and exactly same after inputting 01 keys press ok to save, tthen exit exit exit and that should do the trick....

If you did everything correctly it shoud work when you restart it. Make sure the key emu is on.

Make sure you enter the code in the correct service provider (by changing the service id). When you see your service provider, enter the codes on that one. Hit OK to store the codes and exit out the menu and hit restart.

Thanks for advice, I will try again and let yous know. The key I am using was updated @11.05 today. Let me finish watching Deal no Deal first.

Yes its working. The problem was TW was selected in the installation bit, which overrides what is entered in the key data. But all up and running now but still waiting like the others for updates for SV1 and SV2, really do not want to upgrade box.

hey guys, it must be me st...d..what is the emu key? i aint got one or rather what is it.
also there are 2 lots of keys generated on pure keys which ones are to be put to box.
any help on info please. THKS

emu key is press menu enter1570 scroll down to emu and switch to on
