starview 7 freezing and not being able to watch live events

i am quite dissapointed with this box. It keeps freezing i dont know if its the server going down or what ??
also very dissapointed about not being able to watch the live events !!!!
is the freezing going to be a regular thing ????
will there be a fix to enable you to watch live events ????
does any brainiac out there know ?

Hello,firstly make sure you have the latest firmware installed.
you will find it in the download section on this site(Carling image).
try rescanning your box using "auto"search I found this helps.
then restart your modem and box.
If this fails then I suggest that you check your feed(your cables for bad connections or loose connections).
generally speaking this type of box will freeze from time to time as it plays "catchup"to decode the channel,however it should not be always doing it.

what abut the live events (ie) the ppv boxing
are they available on this box ??

no it was only on the kv,if people did a little research and read some info they would have known the problems before buying,freezing and glitching are caused by low signal.
