Starview 7 Red Lines!!!

Hi,

I have purchased the Starview 7 box and have followed the instructions but when i switch it on, I have these red horizontal lines going down the screen. i can see the settings in the background but cannot do anything about these lines.

I Have swapped the scart lead over, made sure im not using the splitter but still no joy.

I am with Virgin.

This happened when I bought a eurovox box over a year ago and i had to send it back. But up until september I had been using a starview 4 box until nag3 kicked in and I lost all my channels..

Any Ideas?

sorted now, red lines have gone, i used the vcr scart connection on the box and that works fine tfft
