HELP-Jus got SV7 & uploaded firmware 1.03, but only FTA channels?????

Hi - Please help,
i've just got the starview7 & uploaded the carling 1.03, can only view the free channels, - i put the ethernet cable in my wifi/router box before i started to do the scan all channels bit, then exited the menus & went on a non FTA channel waited for ages, but nothing...just says scrambled, im with Virgin BB, did i put the cable in at the wrong time, or is it the wrong type of ethernet cable???? I can see the IP address in the Network menu - its the same address as my pc, apart from the end digit is +1 ?????

Press menu
Highlight Accessory then press 8989 on remote
Now enter Network goto cs network
Switch UK stream on.

press menu on your remote highlite accesory press 8989 on your remote you should see emulator appear on the menu highlite it and make sure auto update on u be then ok

box is supposed to be scanned without lan inserted.it is only inserted after channels are loaded and both boxes rebooted.

update to the latest firmware then all should be working.
