hi all can any body help me out got a sv7 box but it has 1.01 firmware on it i have tryed to put the new 1-3 on but it wont go on the systen info still says its got the old one on and the box dont flash and reset it self after puting 1.3 on any help would be great many thanks

Have you TV prov. cable connected to your box
If you scanned using 6952, then try 6887, or vice-versa.
If you still have problem post back with details
