hi ,my box is frozen and will not do anything, tried reote to reset it, but nothing red and green light on together and just frozen,, any ideas??? thx in advance

Had carling 1.04 then dowloaded latest firmware your a ledge installed didnt even have to do reset or rescan just channel then 1819 straight up!

This new fw seems to be working right?sounds wierd but I dont have a usb key handy so planning to use my android with the fw on that..will it work?

not a zip file,all other versions(except 1.04)have worked just keep getting "unknown upgrade file"help please.
I download "showmustgoon.ups"put it on my stick when i try to put software into box that message appears(happens with 1.04 aswell)Please help!!!
