can any one help
cant get my network to work on my box, ip is 0.0.0.0 its on auto and i have switched off and on same as the router...
everything on my home network is ok and ive changed cable????????

This a brand new box, first time connection to net or did you have
box working previously. Did you flash box with latest firmware

If you are complete novice, say so, otherwise members will assume you have basic knowledge. Before you post back do some bit of reading on SV7 box. Make a little effort yourself & others will help if you have problem. Have a look here;

Wasn't being sarcastic, if you read some other threads in STVU
section you would realise these expiry dates are totally random.
STVU-server has gone wallop, & this "Kiddy" chap has set up an
alternative server for STVU boxes. His story is STVU-server let
punters down & he is your saviour. He has to be payed for his
endevours. That's fair enough if he is genuine & not STVU-server
using an alias

with all the goings on i cannot say it will work or not and how reliable it will be or not,but it does make it easier to be traced by a paper trail,think long and hard is all i have to say.

You would usually get away with it, but why not read tutorial &
install F/ware properly & don't be chanceing your arm.
If you really want to brick a box try pulling out the mains plug
during flash. That usually works a treat

Think you should be glad of what you have. Channels will probably
come back on gradually. You are actively engaged in piracy so
things in the garden won't always be rosy. To compound the problem you chose STVU ahead of other boxes. If you are not
paying basic subs your signal may be weak causing loss of some
channels. Think you should consider paying full prov subs if you
want all channels all the time
