I'm sure this is easy to do but i'm probably this least technical person on this site, when i go o this link how do i get it on me mmemory stick

Download the software from this site and then save it onto your desktop. Then plug your usb into the computer and save the firmware onto your usb. Then plug the usb into your starview and install the software on there
