Missing channels like Sky Action,Sky Comedy,Sky Sci fi etc......

Hello Guys,

Can any one help me that hv got SV7with Carling 1.03 & everything is running fine except Some of Sky Movies channels like Action,Comedy,Sci fi all channels which are available on frequency No.210.7mhz. Have tried so many times to factory re set and resault is Zero. Infact same box when taken to my friend's place who is just 10 min. drvinging from mine and there everything was working fine. Does that mean have got signal and quality problem at my place or what?? Please ex[plain.......

new firmware is 1.04,have you tried a factory reset 0000 to delete,then power off at back reflash with 1.04,remove any splitters and lan,only insert usb or remove while powered off,scan correct provider id ,then plug lan in and activate your settings reboot box and router,
if channes have moved frequency should come back on or it may be a server issue.

what signal level do you get

I get signal level 95% but quality level gets only between 55 to 60%.......

do you only have broadband or have you got a tv subscription also,as levels reported not right.

have got Broadband,TV and Phone everything from Virgin.......

SIGNAL QUALITY AND TUNNING SV7

HI,
Have you tried connecting the ntl feed straight into the sv7 box and not splitting it....try this and then do a scan and see what your signal quality is like while its scanning...
