No one else posting problems. Make sure cable connection is
tight & Lan-cable is pushed home. Try reboot router & box

same probs here on sv6

im getting no channels here either and tried rebooting and now just get message on digital display saying ucr ? any ideas or is it that they shuting down in midlands? happy new year 2 all !!

someone as pushed tv/av button on remote alls good now ,

Try TV/AV button, also try CH+ on remote & on box front. Post
back with details on whether box responds to remote or if you can
access menu with remote. You could also reboot router then reboot box.

Thanks for prompt feedback. Some members when they solve
problem don't bother posting solution, which would be of great
