Starview 7 poor pics

I am getting poor pics from my starview7 box on the scart socket. I have this same fault in 2 seperate rooms to different model TV's. You can see wording etc from another channel faintly in the background that moves across the screen. I have used the RF socket and the problem clears however the picture is nowhere near as sharp on the RF as with scart.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a fix?

have you changed coaxial cable and scart as these cables need a good connection,also what signal level and quality are you getting,also you have cables in right places?any splitters or boosters.

Every connection is the same as used on my old Eurovox which wasnt a problem.
This is a fault whereby there is another faint cable channel in the background of the one being viewed.
