When i Hit Ok On starview box usb menu for carling v 104 file the box just freezes ?

I downloaded carling v 104 file every time i go into menu usb and hit ok on the file to install it the starview box freezes

it maybe a bad stick or maybe stick is not formatted to fat32

it is formatted and good stick the file shows up fine but as soon as i hit ok the starview box freezes

It's very unusual. Delete Carling file from USB-stick & load this;

Maybe something corrupted file you were using & just make sure
USB-stick is formatted to FAT-32 & not FAT-16

just to make sure is it the sv7 or sv6 as there are different files.

Try another usb stick, I had the same problem as you... freeze every time I highlighted the file.. Tried the same file on a cheap 512mb stick & away it went no problem.
