is starview hd combo down?

have a starview hd combo lan, installed new firmware and when setting up i have no option for selecting ustream, it is missing
i have done the key edit then go to network and there is nothing there
have these boxes come to an end? is the server down?
where is the option for selecting ustream, totally missing

maybe try rebooting box and router

If you are using the latest firmware the option for selecting ustream is removed. This selection is by default.

Also I think the server is down as Starview 6 & 7 All channels scrambled

mine isn't working either shows HS net status disconnected re-booted box and internet still no joy have spid box and he's ok any advice please

reverted back to older firmware sorted problem

Tried old software no joy so def server.
