Like everyone else i keep getting the constant freezing, especially during any football game or any popular broadcast. I just wanted to understand how the servers work to get a better understanding of the break up and why scramble keep appearing.
I assume the TV broadcast is coming from vermin, therefore the starview server provides the encryption keys, e.g. when they change they send new ones. As the boxes keep freezing every minute during the football why does the Starview box not hold the encryption key as surely they cannot be sending out new ones all the time.
The servers are always busy, but how much data are they sending, surely if its just an encryption key change it will be a small packet of data and instant.
I even unplugged my modem the other day when watching and the TV stayed on for a bit before going off.
