Starview COMBO HD... CAN IT BE FIXED?

Hi guys, basically i think my SVHD is dead... try to switch it on and a red light keeps flickering and no boot happens. my dad bought a new hdmi cable and when he inserted it, it managed to stop working... checked the hdmi port on the box and it seems 2 coils or whatever you call them are sticking out of position, compared to the others... box smells like its been burnt ANY HELP AT ALL.. only had this box for 3 months

If it is still under warranty, (as you say it is three months old), send it back to your supplier to sort it.
