    Any news on a HD Ready Box??

    Its lovely having a 40inch 1080p screen...

    But its blooming rubbish watching normal quality stuff.

    You see the difference on a big screen..

    All the pixels and the blurs...

    That actually look better on a smaller screen..

    I'm longing for summin of HD non stop quality

    Believe when the boxes went down, quick in panic, wait for it...

    I actually thought of going ligit and getting a HD subscription!!!!!!

    If your gonna go ligit, especially with a 40inch, ur gonna go hard and get the best option..

    Yh, I saw the price of Sly's HD package for all the channels..

    That price, brought on my determination to get me starview back in order in out latest downfall of messed up codes..

    So back to the point, any news on a HD box??

    My 1st official post by the way, so be kind and show me the ropes

      hi mate i am in the same position 42 inch with normal def dont look to gr8 , i have a eurovox ex1000 and am thinking of geting an ex7000 until i read on here its not plug in and play ,,, any help appreciated

          The new Starview HD Combo is out at the end of this month for about ?199, problem is that Virmin dont get SSP1 HD, Another thing Im not sure is if this box is a dual tuner?

              I have exactly the same dilema....i have 2 x 50" plasma's...that i bought as i love my football and movies, but SD tv is horrid on such a big screen especially when you compare it to a 1080p movie.

              I'm confused as to which one to choose between the below or the Eurovox EX7000HD. The below can work with both cable and satelite, but i'm not aware of any way of getting satelite channels such as *** Sports 1HD etc.

              Can anyone advise whether it's possible to get the HD sports channels?

              I know ESPN already have one, and there are a few other ones such as BBC, but the sports channels are what i really want.
