    Can't get my Starview 7 to work PLS help!!

    Hi all,

    Have a brand new Starview 7 box. After setting it up last night, all the channels worked for 10 minutes; then it all scrambled!!

    Any ideas how I can progress please? Any help would be really appreciated!

      server crashed last night, so thats why it only worked for a bit. last i heard server running fine, try setting up again. this is the norm with cable cs, so if channels go again just leave it, dont mess, they will come back at some point.

          The server went down last night, I'm sure it's back up now.
          If you haven't messed up the settings trying to get it back on
          un-plug the router & SV7. Plug in router & then plug in SV7
          You may need to re-scan for channels
          If you have no luck fac reset & flash box with this firmware
          Digital Kaos - Downloads - Starview 7 Carling V1.04
          Then scan for channels

                  Scramble

                  am getting "scramble" message and nothing is happening, fine with free channels like itv and bbc, please help...

                      Hi I am new to this . I got na starview 7 today and I installed Carling 1.04v but all I get are free view channels, the rest are scrambled. Please help as I am disabled and I love my tv.

                          sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings mate. but get used to no channels. the starview and kryptview servers are shite and are ALWAYS breaking down

                              Server has been down most of the day, think it is back now.
                              Try turning off router & box. Turn on router then turn on box
                              If need be fac-reset & scan for channels. Make sure LAN-cable
                              is connected from router to box
