Firmware Update

Hey Folks i have a starview 7 with carling 1.03 on it, i want to update the firmware is there any instructions on how you should do it? also i have a few channels out the now nat geo eden e4 etc is this due to the server or old firmware?? Any helps appreciated thanks!!

First off you put the new firmware on your box same as you done the last one.

Server has been down most of the day.

Thanks do i just put it on and update or do i have to reset the box? thats cool had the box a while and its the first time its happened hopefully be up again soon!!

file will be in downloads above,everytime firmware is updated either online or by usb a factory reset is done and a new scan without lan in find channels then insert lan and reboot box router and modem to get a connection.
