hd combo+ disconnected

cant get box to connect can only c freeview,tried scan,turned on key edit to auto,but in network it says disconnected,i lost some hd channels today but they came back on,any help would b grateful

if you read the other starview threads you would have seen the server may be down.

Hi guys do you know if the server is still down, ill have a look for the information on the site all so but new to the site and thought it would save time to just ask.

was off this morrning,then i updated software it all came back on but gone off again now
