hi all m8 brought me round a the box super star view3
what lead do i need is it a null modem cable with usb adaptor which i use for my dreambox is this correct

you either need , just the null modem cable and a com port

or you need a null modem cable and a usb2serial adapter if no com port

and ideally win xp

does it not work with vista
trying to use the box super 8.02e9 loaderwith my usb serial adapter to null modem cable i press download it brings up the download bar but nothin happenedsis the bin file built in or is it seprate for this box

the loader is supposed to work on xp and not vista
there are numerous complaints about using it with vista , so try xp as it definitely works in xp
