Anyone using the Euroview box

Guys,

Just wondering what the replacement of the starview combo is like....Euroview.

Tell me what your thoughts, is it worth spending money on one, for the cable hd channels.

What's the fw like, and do you get the same channels In hd, like the sv hd combo.

i see sv are advertising a so called new euroview hd box,thinking of trying one but i know these boxes have had there problems last time around,anybody got one recently or any advice would be appreciated,cheers.

I'm constantly pissing about with mine m8! i'd hold off getting 1 til they get em working right, you get all hd when it's working!

by the way the epg on on them is crap! that's what keeps knocking mine off! they need to bring much improved fw out for them!

I have my Starview HD on C Line & I think it's brill for picture & sounds quality but epg agree bit on the s**t side

was thinking on getting 1 of these boxs for hd could anyone tell me if all hd cannels are open dont mind paying the ?25 if all is well

Not everything is open! most channels are! not picking up all channels on the scan though, for instance no matter what freq i scan i cannot get sky sports news hd at all!
imo it is far to early to get one of these boxes!

Is SSN HD on cable?

I've just got some boxes and tried them, the only HD channels I couldn't get were Alini HD and Sky Movies Inde HD. The Olympic HD channels didn't open, not sure if they are online yet. SSN HD didn't scan, suggesting it's not available on cable or it's on 1 of the frequencies I can't get here due to signal issues.

Channels are slower to open than Satellite and obviously not as many channels as satellite, but they are a reasonable option for someone that can't have a dish.

same here on the channles list, sky arts 2 wont come on and i have a crackling audio issue on some film channles!
i'm in the wigan/salford are so as for ssn hd unless your in the same area an we having the same scanning issues then maybe it's not on cable!

SSN HD is not on cable checked epg on there site, i get sky indie hd and do you mean alibi hd, well i get them but they dont come on! i hear a lot of boxes not finding channles some arn't finding any! there saying it's down to fw an there getting some out soon!
