ip error or server down

hi in the last hour my box is saying ip error i was wondering if server is down i got the sv7 friday set all up with 1.04 working fine till now please help

Haven't seen any other posts with similar problem. Try plugging
out box & router. Plug in router, then plug in box. Check are you
getting FTA channels; bbc1,bbc2,itv1,etc, to make sure Prov
cable is OK. Check internet is OK on PC
