hi all im in the west mids is any one having probs with ther sv7 im getting some channels but not others the s bar at the bottom is still but the q bar moves up and down it just comes up scramble many thanks is been doing it for a bout a week now

Roughly how many channels are you getting 5 or 100. Does box
show connected on lower screen. Check signal levels on working
channels & non-working channels & post values here. Did you
try unplugging router & box. Plug in router & then plug in box.
If signal levels are less than 90% check all cables & connections
are good

where abouts in the north west?
i have the same symptoms been like this a good week some channels working some not, i put it down to whichever server is serving us up here.
ive had dissconnected and connected and scrambled quite a lot and i know all the settings/connections are fine so its deffo a server problem.
i do the odd scan just to make sure if the servers moving stuff about im up to date.
channels like dave not working but dave ja vue are and some docs not working but others are etc,, itsall abit wierd/! but hey thats how it cna be sometimes.
im giving it another few days then im going to re-do the firmware and scan and check all the connections again and reboot the network.
other than that theres not a lot anyone can do! if the server is dodgy then .. the server is dodgy !

If you are using 1.04 firmware try 1.03 instead & fac-reset before you scan for channels. You have to enable settings when
you use 1.03 which are auto-set in1.04
