Starview 6 none HD Channel question ?

First of all hello to you all & thanks for any help in advance this is Only my 2nd post so here go's.....

I use to have a starview box previously then the N3 kicked in so purchased a SV 6 the thing i've found is that i use to get all the major ppv sporting events big boxing bouts & wwe royal rumbles etc....
but that was at a previous address too & have now moved 15 miles to new address just wondered if that had anything to do with it or is this just standard on the sv 6 or do i need to update the firmware .?
i'm no genius with these boxes but any info would be much appreciated

I don't think that starview buy the PPV events, so you will not get them unless they are FTA or only encrypted an N1 like a previous Boxing event.

Yes it is & fac reset before scanning for channels. You still won't
get PPV events
