Hi wonder if any 1 else as got this problem ,i recently lost gold, i have got gold +1, i have v104 s/w loaded,i have done factory reset and rescaned but still gold comes up scramble can any 1 help ,gold is channel 126 gold +1 is 127 can any 1 suggest how i can get it back ,Thanks

Have you tried a manual scan on that frequency?

If anyone tells me to do a factory reset rescan check me wires again im gunna do one

heres the fact there is no signal on frequency 219.0 mhz on that transponder

Reflash box with 1.03 firmware fac-reset & rescan

few reports of lost channels on the latest,and if 1.03 brings them in then you know.

im totally lost with this but i aint got a starview i got a ddigital duo and i wanna watch open all hours on gold

Some people couldn't clear all channels using 1.04, then used
1.03 & all channels cleared. I would think current scrambled
channels is server issue, maybe even new tactic by providers.

You could try fac-reset, unplug LAN-cable, scan for channels,
re-connect LAN-cable, reboot box & router.
You may have to stay up an hour later & watch on Gold+1

That transponder has been missing on mine for ages too.

You're quite right: nothing to do with firmware, rescans, wires etc. It's just no there.

so wot we saying its not worth putting v 103 back on cos it wont help is that correct ,u sayin its beyond wot we can do
