Lost channel

Hi, my first post.
Just got a Starview 7 box which worked perfectly and viewed all channels for a few days, but then suddenly I lost Racing UK which we watch.
Anyone any idea why this channel should suddenly scramble?

Probably obvious, but have you tried switching the box off at the socket, leaving it 5 mins and then restarting it? The trouble is that when boxes rely on connection across the net some confusion occurs occasionally.

Yes I did, even re-scanned but channel still missing.
Reading some previous posts I gather the server sometimes updates and then channels disappear for awhile but may eventually come back on.
Is this possible?
