help me starview 7 box

went and bought a starview 7 box this morning before i put it in properly i jus put the wires in to check if it worked and all 300 channels worked fine then i unplugged it all and set it up properly under tv stand, then it asked me to search again so i did with the instructionss given with the box, then channel 511 worked fine i switched to channel 101, then back to 511 and it says scrambled.... i unplugged box and router for half hour and then tried again but still says scrambled.. any ideas what is goin wrong???

Only Free to air available on SV7 firmware 1.04 in Manchester - box just says "connecting" when press teh info buttom
