Hello! I still have same problem. After downloading all the files, just green line going left to right. Have you fixed yor box or still have that problem? I managed to put v.4.51 back from CD but after upgradin it happened again! Anyone knows whats the problem?

I put v4.51 back on and the box is working once more Miko, but only on manual keys at the moment... I'm going to put v1.54 in again later and see how it goes... I'll post you later on how I get on mate...

just put the new v4.55 bin file into THE BOX and factory reset afterwards , 1570 , set keys default , emu to on and rescan for channels

hello rampantic! You had green line problem? What you have to is put v.4.51 back on then then flsh with 4.03 loader v.5.45. My problem was that I couldn' find flash bin in the loader and I tried all files option whe it drops all the files from that folder. When you flash that way you get just green line. So you deed to open v.4.54 file and exctract files idividually (v.4.54 and logo bin files) to different folder. The in the loader when you click bin file it finds flash files separetly. Download them(logo file as a backround file) and the do the same thing with latest firmware(extract first that you have just bin file when you open the loader.

Worked for me straight away. Then do the normal thing when connect with TV. Cood luck!

After spending 2.5 hours trying to get the v4.54 patch to work and failing, the new v4.55 bin file worked a treat for me. SV2 now working perfectly. Thanks to the guys who created the file and to all those who gave advice on both the v4.54 and v4.55 update :-)

Thanks for the advice Miko, but the new v4.55 fix solved the problem for me right off... Just one download and everything ok now... Cheers anyway mate...

When I am trying to load logo file after 4.51 version it says...model name does not correct. I followed all the instruction and tried to load 4.51 and 4.55 as well. But it wont logo file. it is showing ON...can anyone help please. Thanks.

could any body tell me my starview 1 box keeps showing green flashing lines but it allows me to flash over but then still flashes green lines. Does any1 know how to fix the problem.?

Huma are you sure you have used the correct software. use the clone safe firmware works on all boxes.

I had the same problem with unit display stuck on "ON", on The Box (Starview-2), after loading latest firmware (from another source, BigMAQ).

However I wasn't using the latest firmware shown in the top of the Starview-Forum from Digital-Kaos, also I was using Vista!

Once I downloaded the latest firmware from Digital-Kaos, and used XP instead of Vista, everything was OK!

hi m8 hope you can help i am using skymax up2.2 and the tsop file that you have kindly sent i turn thebox on the computer skymax program, box 1 adr flash is set to (1mb 7ff00000) .box 2 is set to (lpt1) then press box 3 (start) then box 4 erase after it erased press write choose the tsop file you sent then it starts writing gets to the end and says error writing flash at address 80000000 ack =00000000
write flash end
ever time this happens hope you can help

having problem with starview 2 the box

after flasing with 4.54 and logo file the box stays on all times
i tried to flash again with lower firmware ie 4.51 or reflash its fail to flash again

can anyone tell me have i done anything wrong ??
any suggestion to fix it??
