    Starview 7

Hi people as you can see im new to the site but could i just say i think we can safely say that the server feeding the starview boxes is down hence the reason people all over Britain are having problems so no re flashing or rescanning of boxes is going to have any effect, I for one bought my box in December and it hasn't paid for itself and had i known about the shelf life of the box i wouldn't have bothered but hindsight is a wonderful thing lets hope this is a blip and we all get our full year

I think we need to wait a while to be sure - others (dunno what firmware) say they still have service, and we all know that SV have been doing server upgrades - seems like they goofed something up badly this time.

Other posts say that they burnt out a load of card readers, and are waiting for replacements - which would make sense if they tried to 'performance' upgrade the servers and that fried the cards/reader.....
