Hi,

I have starview 4,

I have had this problem with the key rolling since it happend... so i was updating them when new ones came out... now this new fix has come out... i have installed it and i'm getting the same problems!

I have tried everything.... even restoring to facotry setting and re-installing the firmware.... tried turning emu off and on... just no joy...

In cambridge area, please help

Hi joneh,

I had a similar problem with mine too.

Don't know if this will help but I did a factory reset then re-installed the firmware version by version up to the latest and this seemed to work.
