Don't start a thread without FIRST searching and reading other threads.

If you did this you would've found out, that as of now no fix have been made available for SV1. Nor is there any mension of it being made available.

The general consensus is that SV1 will most likely not be supported. If you don't mind to use the KeyMaster to update your keys then that is your only solution for now. Otherwise it will make a large doorstopper.

Keymaster codes - Does it work for all areas?

Hi,

I have tried manually entering the TW keys for Starview 1 for West Yorkshire.. no luck. It scans ok and reports it has found 250 channels. Key emu is on. But it keeps updating for an hour unsuccessfully. Only about 50 channels are available. This seems to match the channels I get when using VM original box.

only the sv21 the box can be updated to v4.54 , and then to 8.02ee

Hi lads...apologies for being a novice but who/what is a Keymaster and where do i find the keys for the sv1 so i can enter them manually. I've had a good look around and haven't found the answer.

no very good it seems that starview does not give a sh*t about the sv1, even though some people bought them this summer 08, and is not the sv1 the most common box for sales ?????????, if you are going to upgrade choose another make, as i bet my bottom doller they will do the same to the sv2 then sv3 to force you into buying a newer model, dont fall into there trap get another make then there plan will back fire
