THREE men have been charged with defrauding TV giant Virgin Media of up to £40m.

If so the only time it may come back on is when the police switch them on to start tracing IP's, MACS and locations. Well that's what I'd do if I were them.

can't have anything to do with the server as it was Tuesday and our server went down wednesday and is still connecting.
